A) our partner for customs handling is Schenker
B) If you send from outside Europe by airfreight and use others (UPS/TNT/DHL) it will end up at Hannover Airport (HAJ) at Schenker office.
C) We use temporary import - so YOU use temporary export
D) for the induction coils we have to generate a valid export license again (after calibration or repair)
(it is at is! That is the regulation of the government. Only Europe, Japan and US do not need that)
E) We ship back to the senders address. If you shipper is "Honkong Shipment Ltd." we ship back to that address. We will not ship back to "Shanghai Shipment Co&Cie".
For the customs and import/export the way in and out must be clear.
F) Take your time please. Shipment, Repair and return shipment take all together 6-8 weeks (only Europe, Japan, US can be faster). It strongly depends on the customs, the export office and finally on YOUR customs speed. That is not all in our hands.

The values on the proforma invoice are important for a possible insurance.
If the coils a new you take 100% (that may be around more than 9100 EUR for the 10e series).
You can take 60% after 3 years and 40% or less after 6 years. Hence: when the coils is lost during shipment, that may be the price the insurance pays.
Ask your purchase department in case what your writing-off is. Don't make a "1 EUR only" statement - that is wrong.
The documents show some examples and (2017) the correct commodity / HS /customs numbers here in Europe. That is speeding up all customs clarifications.
