Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct contract and purchasing negotiations in coordination with the Global Sourcing Team, taking a leading role in procurement and contract discussions
• Manage and expand the supplier base, performance, and relationships in close cooperation with the Global Sourcing Team
• Collect, analyze, and provide spending and supplier data to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that local activities are aligned with the global sourcing strategy through close collaboration with the Global Sourcing Team
• Ensure that procurement objectives and targets regarding quality, cost, and delivery time are met within your area of responsibility
• Create and update supplier agreements; maintain material and supplier data
• Support the compliance/warranty process in escalated cases
• Prepare delivery schedules
• Support the purchasing department in day-to-day operations
Your Profile:
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing within the electronics sector
• “Hands-on” mentality, innovative mindset, and willingness to learn and develop further
• Experience with standard SAP transactions and procurement processes
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Clear and goal-oriented communication skills
• Independent, target-driven, and trustworthy working style
• Fluent German and business-level English skills
• Strong networking abilities
• Willingness to travel, approximately 25% of working time

Your tasks:
• Support in planning, organizing, executing, and following up on delivery schedules
• Communication with our suppliers
• Continuous updating of delivery dates in the ERP system (SAP)
• Participation in the ongoing development of existing concepts
• Creation of delivery schedules
• Support of the purchasing department in daily operations
Your profile:
• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in technical purchasing or in the procurement of electronic components is desirable
• Excellent SAP skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Fluent in German and good command of English
